A largely unpaved loop through Voorsterbos, a former Zuiderzee lakebed managed by Natuurmonumenten. Sand, roots and natural woodland surfaces make for an engaging intermediate ride.
Small height differences feed two designated climb zones and numerous berms, with plenty of technical pieces between flowing sections through deciduous forest. Expect tight zigzags and the odd downed tree; an MTB vignette is required.
Sand, roots and forest floor through the Voorsterbos lakebed landscape.
Designated climbs and many berms wring elevation from a flat region.
Tight zigzags and technical sections between flowing forest stretches.
Lower tyre pressures a touch for root and sand traction; keep rebound calm for the tight zigzag sections.
