Sellingen is a 33 km route through forests, ponds and heathland in eastern Groningen's Westerwolde. The Ruiten Aa valley threads through fields, water and woodland.
The surface is mostly straight forest paths with around 12 km of asphalt and concrete alongside sand roads. Some technical singletracks appear on the western side, but most terrain is non-technical.
